Linn Kastan and crew saw the need for the younger racers to enjoy Redline products. The 20" was slimmed down to 16" allowing racers to have the strength and quality on the gnarly 70's tracks. These were not promoted as the actual number made is not known but as of now less than 150 were made.
Hall of Fame racer David Clinton (Rick's Bike Shop, Kawasaki, Dirt Master, DG, Shimano/Diamondback, & Redline) was given this frame and fork from owner Linn Kastan.
